I received my trunk before Christmas, which was a surprise, It was not expected to arrive until after.....yeah! All product was included and intact, I had a small nick in one side panel, but not worried about it, I will ask the vendor to replace it. Once I made sense of the assembly directions, it went together easy and quickly; 30 minutes maybe, including hardware. The trunk itself is heavy, engineered wood with a laminate veneer of pine. The only issue I see is the actual color is darker than the picture, minor issue for me. And I would not try to pick up or move the trunk with the side handles, if filled with items.....it can be really heavy and although the handles themselves are heavy steel, the screws are tiny......the unit is heavy enough without items in it. Overall, I am really happy with the trunk, it is a really nice piece and at a good price point for what it is
